    • Refunds will first apply to the outstanding Sezzle balance.

    • If it's the boutique's error, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

Shipping Policy:

  1. Free Shipping:

    • Taxes and prior purchases do not count toward the $50 minimum.
    • Customers must select the free shipping option during checkout to receive this benefit.
  2. Local Delivery (Hartford, SD):

    • Local delivery is available on Tuesdays and Fridays for orders valued at $10 or more.
    • It's free within a 2-mile radius from the shipping location.
    • A $2 fee applies for deliveries over 2 miles but under a 5-mile radius from the shipping location.
  3. Order Processing and Shipping Time:

    • Standard Shipping orders typically take 3-5 business days to process and ship.
    • Graphics may take up to 7-10 business days to process and ship.
    • Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
